Opening remarks from the 50th Anniversary Dinner

On behalf of the members and officers
of the Assumption Memorial Post 1612, Catholic War Veterans, we sincerely
welcome you here tonight. This is such an outstanding occasion -
50 years of dedication to God, Country and Home. Words alone cannot
express our wonderful feeling for your attendance at this milestone in
history. We sincerely hope that you will have an enjoyable evening
and that each of you shall treasure this night with us for all eternity.
We want to publicly acknowledge the generosity of our advertisers and friends who have, in some way, contributed to our years of success and to this most memorable event. It is our most fervent prayer that future years will bring us together on other festive occasions.
